After-Sales Terms
Inspect immediately upon receipt and record an unboxing video. Do not use the product before confirming its condition.
Damaged during shipping:
If the FedEx or UPS tracking information indicates that the doll was damaged during transit, we will promptly send a replacement doll free of charge and file a claim with FedEx or UPS.
Upon receiving the doll, if you found that the outer box and the doll was damaged, please provide photos of the damaged box and the doll within 3 days of receipt. We will verify the situation and contact the shipping company to file a claim. We will also ship a replacement doll of the same quality. We will not process claims after 3 days of the receipt of goods.
Upon receiving the doll, if you receive the doll with the box intact but the doll is damaged, we will not provide compensation. Our dolls will be strictly inspected before shipment from the warehouse. Damage is usually caused by improper use by the customer. Please read the doll's user manual carefully before use.
Quality Issues:
All our dolls are for personal use only. Due to customization and hygiene considerations, we unfortunately do not accept returns unless there are serious quality issues. Thank you for your understanding.
If the doll's skeleton is broken, making the doll unusable.
Please provide videos of the doll within 3 days of receipt.
We will not process claims after 3 days of the receipt of goods.
Solution:
1.We will remake a doll same as the order as compensation.
2. Refund. The agent will provide the buyer with a screenshot of the refund. Upon receiving the screenshot, we will process the refund.
Minor defect of the doll
The doll was not damaged during transportation.If the doll has a minor defect, please provide pictures of the defect within 3 days of receiving the doll. We will provide a partial refund or send a repair tool free of charge based on the actual situation. We will not process claims after 3 days of the receipt of goods.
Severely damaged of the doll
If there are serious quality issues,please contact us within 3 days of receipt of doll and send product pictures or video to me. We will find the best solution for you ASAP. We will consider a return or compensation based on the specific circumstances. Returns received after 3 days will not be accepted. Please inspect the product upon receipt.
Used products, or the doll's hands and feet have been unpacked and show stains due to customer use, are not accepted for return.
If the doll's skin is damaged due to non-human factors within one year of purchase, we will ship a repair kit free of charge.
